The Lipki estate in the Moscow region, where Joseph Stalin lived, was sold at the Dom.RF auction for 403.5 million rubles.
According to reports, the winner of the auction was Consulting & Law LLC TASS With link to GIS Trading Portal. The company registered in the Krasnodar Territory was the only participant in the auction. He received a land lease of 38 hectares and real estate of 3.8 thousand square meters.
In the 19th century, the Lipki estate belonged to the director Konstantin Stanislavsky, Alexander Alekseev’s uncle.
In the early 1930s of the 20th century, the building was transferred to the USSR Government Administration, and the estate became a government cottage.
In recent years, the manor house was abandoned.
